The items on the Transform submenu transform the image by flipping it, rotating it or cropping it.
You can access this submenu from the image menubar through Image ? Transform.
The Transform submenu has the following commands:
Flip Horizontally; Flip Vertically
Rotate 90° clockwise / counter-clockwise; Rotate 180°
